My husband and I are both originally from the Lambton County area, but we moved to Alberta together and lived there with our beloved Saint Bernard for 4 years. In 2017, we purchased my 50-acre family farm back in Ontario - the very one I grew up on. We now have two beautiful children and the biggest dreams + aspirations for our third-generation family farm / first-generation Highland cattle ranch.

We currently have a small fold of Scottish Highland cattle, two ponies, a donkey, countless chickens, a bunch of ducks, two geese, two dogs and three barn cats here on the ranch.

Our little family farm is growing every day, and we have so many exciting things planned for the future. The most exciting thing being the steady growth of our Scottish Highland fold. We have long-term goals of providing grass-fed beef for our family as well as the community.

We will be opening The Mercantile at Ysebaert Acres in Spring of 2022 - a brick + mortar general store where you can pick up farm fresh eggs, beef, fine-art photography, and other rural offerings.
